Dr.Nowilati had over 40 years of experience in the field of economics, administration, civil service, training, and journalism.
Jeddah – 1955 – Married and father of four children and five grandchildren, Economic Consultant, Researcher.
His last position in public service was the president of the Civil Aviation Academy. Also he was the founder and first president of the academy.
Qualifications:
• Primary / preparatory/secondary education – Jeddah in public schools.
• BSC in Economics and Political Science (Cairo University / 1976) – (Egypt).
• Master in Marketing (Webster University in St. Louis / 1981) – (United States).
• Ph.D. in Government – (LEHIGH University) – (United States). The Ph.D. thesis on administrative training and its role in development.
